Day 1: Moscow
Welcome to Moscow. Meeting with your English-speaking guide and hotel check-in.
Overnight in Moscow.
Day 2: Moscow – Novodevichy Convent – Arbat district – Moscow
Breakfast at Hotel.
Panoramic city tour with visit to Novodevichy Convent.
Excursion in the historical Metro, visit of Old Arbat district.
Overnight in Moscow.
Day 3: Moscow – Serguiev Posad – Rostov
Breakfast at Hotel.
Departure from Moscow by road to Serguiev Posad and visit to the Trinity Laura of St. Sergius then to ride a sleigh in the forest of Sergiyev Posad and taste delicious “Shashliks” (marinaded meat skewers) around the fire, with a folk music. Experience of the magic winter time with a sleigh ride or sledge downhill! Departure to Rostov by bus.
Overnight in Rostov.
Day 4: Rostov – Yaroslavl
Breakfast at Hotel.
City tour in Rostov with a visit to the Kremlin, the churches, and the enamel.
Departure to Yaroslavl. Visit to the monastery of the Transfiguration-of-the-Savious
(Spaso-Preobrazhensky), the historical city center and Volga riverbanks.
Overnight in Yaroslavl.
Day 5: Yaroslavl – Kostroma – Suzadal
Breakfast at Hotel.
Departure to Kostroma. Visit to the Ipatiev Monastery. Departure for Suzdal.
Overnight in Suzdal.
Day 6: Suzdal – Vladimir
Breakfast at Hotel.
City tour. Masterclass at local house to discover Russian cuisine and lunch. Transfer to Vladimir. City tour in Vladimir. Visit to St. Demetrius’ Cathedral and/or the Assumption Cathedral.
Overnight in Vladimir
Day 7: Vladimir – Moscow
Breakfast at Hotel.
Transfer by road to Moscow. Visite to the Kremlin and its Cathedrals.
Overnight in Moscow.
Day 8: Moscow
Breakfast at Hotel.
Visit of the Izmailovo souvenirs market and the Vodka museum. Visit to Taganskaya Bunker.
Overnight in Moscow.
Day 9: Moscow
Breakfast at Hotel.
Transfer to the airport. Return flight.
