Day 1: Zagreb –arrival
Arrival to Zagreb airport and transfer to your hotel.
Overnight at hotel in Zagreb.
Day 2: Zagreb – Ljubljana
Breakfast at the hotel.
Enjoy in the morning walk on lively and colourful streets of Zagreb. . Take a stroll in the historic upper town, and see St. Mark’s church, St. Catherine’s church, the cathedral, the parliament and the government palace. Overnight at the hotel in Zagreb. At the afternoon meeting with your driver and leave the town of Zagreb and direct you towards the Croatian neighbour country Slovenia and its capital city – Ljubljana. Arrival at your hotel and start the visit of the city and its most significant sights such are the central open air market, the triple bridge both designed by the famous architect Joze Plecnik, the town hall and Robba’s fountain.

Day 3: Ljubljana – Bled – Bohinj
Breakfast at the hotel. Today we visit one of the most beautiful alpine lake – the lake of bled. You can climb up to the bled castle and embarq a pletna boat to the small island on the bled lake. Not far from bled is also the lake of Bohinj that you might want to see.

Day 4: Ljubljana – Postojna – Opatija
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart to Opatija on Croatian coast. On the way stop in Postojna and visit one of the biggest caves in the world, – the Postojna cave.

Day 5: Opatija – Istrian tour (Pula – Rovinj – Porec)
Breakfast at the hotel. Tour around the biggest Croatian peninsula – Istra. Visit the southeast city of pula with its roman amphitheatre. Then continue on the west side and see the cities of Rovinj and Porec.

Day 6: Opatija – Zadar
Breakfast at hotel. Driving along Adriatic coast – towards the city of Zadar. Arrival in Zadar.

Day 7: Zadar – Plitvice – Zagreb
Breakfast at the hotel. Leave Zadar and drive to Zagreb. Stop at Plitvice national park to explore the lakes that are inter-connected by a series of waterfalls.
