TADABA PROGRAMME

Day 01 – Mumbai – Nagpur – Tadoba

Flight from Mumbai to Nagpur
On arrival meet and assist by Hotel representative – who will be holding a paging board
–and transfer by road to Tadoba (3 Hrs).
Check into Hotel (Std Check in time 1400 Hrs) and rest of the day is at leisure.
Lunch on arrival (Restaurant timings 1230 Hrs to 1430 Hrs).
Dinner at Hotel (Restaurant timings 1930 Hrs to 2100 Hrs).
Overnight at Tadoba –

Day 02 – Tadoba

Morning Game Drive ( Private Vehicle with Naturalist).
Pick up from Hotel Lobby.
0630 – 0830 Hrs – Exit the reserve by 11 AM..
Packed Breakfast will be provided by the Hotel while on Game Drive.
Rest of the morning is at leisure.
Lunch at Hotel.
Evening Game drive (Private Vehicle with Naturalist ).
1500 – 1800 Hrs – Exit the reserve by 6 PM.
Dinner at Hotel.
Overnight at Tadoba –

Day 03 – Tadoba

Morning Game Drive (Private Vehicle with Naturalist).
Pick up from Hotel Lobby.
0630 – 0830 Hrs – Exit the reserve by 11 AM..
Packed Breakfast will be provided by the Hotel while on Game Drive.
Rest of the morning is at leisure.
Lunch at Hotel.
Evening Game drive (Private Vehicle with Naturalist ).
1500 – 1800 Hrs – Exit the reserve by 6 PM.
Dinner at Hotel.
Overnight at Tadoba –

Day 04 – Tadoba.

Morning Game Drive ( Private Vehicle with Naturalist).
Pick up from Hotel Lobby.
0630 – 0830 Hrs – Exit the reserve by 11 AM..

Rest of the morning is at leisure.
Lunch at Hotel.

Day 05 – Tadoba – Nagpur.

Checkout from your Hotel transfer by road to Airport for your flight from Nagpur Airport

Useful Tips for the above Sectors :

General Information

 
– The Resorts are in the heart of tribal India. It is important that guests are sensitive and
considerate to the local culture.

Things to Bring

 
– Medicines are readily available, but you may wish to bring a small emergency first aid
kit with you for your travels, plus any medication you have been prescribed by your own
doctor.
– Comfortable shoes, hats and sunglasses
– Clothes should be not be revealing or off the shoulder. Safari-style, casual and
comfortable clothing are advised for your stay at Kipling Camp and for traveling.
– Avoid bright colors for jungle trips.
– Sun protection lotion, sun hat, insect repellent, and cosmetics.
– Camera & binoculars – bring all the film and batteries that you may need for your
camera as these are not found locally but are available in cities. Binoculars are advised
for wildlife viewing.
– Useful miscellaneous items include a spare pair of glasses or contact lenses (if you wear
them), an alarm clock, small torch with spare batteries, and a money belt.
 

Do's & Don'ts :

What to wear

 
– Casual summer clothing with natural colors is best from March to June. Sun glasses and
hats are preferable from November to February which is winter timing. Carry enough
warm clothing along with gloves for chilly mornings and misty evenings.
 

Dont's :

 
– No Smoking
– No Noise (talking loudly)
– Do not get down from the vehicle unless told by the guide / driver
– Do not litter inside the park
– Avoid using perfumes / cologne inside the park
– Avoid wearing bright coloured clothes inside the park
– Do not use flash while taking pictures of animals close to you
– No weapons are allowed inside the park
– Do not feed animals
 
In Tadoba, there are 3 zones i.e Tadoba Zone, Moharli Zone and Kolsa Zone. If you enter
from either Tadoba zone or Moharli zone , you can access both the zones. I mean to say
that there are zones but there are no restricted zone. But if you enter from Kolsa zone you
cannot access Tadona or Moharli zone and same if you enter from Tadona or Moharli zone
you cannot access Kolsa zone.
We can also village walk in the mid of the 2 safari rides. The walk is very short and will not
need an Innova. Its only 0.5 kms from our Lodge. However if you require a car, then please
contact Ranjit / Nandita at the above mentioned telephone numbers.
 

CANCELLATIONS/REVISIONS

 
Room cancellations 45 days before check-in date, will incur charge of 10% of total invoice amount as banking and admin fee.    
Between 45 to 30 days before check-in date, will incur 1 night retention charge per room. 
Between 30 to 15 days before check-in date, will incur 50% retention charge of the invoice
amount.     
Within 15 days of check-in or No Show, will incur charge of 100% advance paid.                 
Jeep Safaris are 100% non-refundable and non-changeable once booked
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Check-in time is 2pm. Check-out time is 11am. If you are planning an early check-in
  or a late check-out (subject to availability and extra charge), please let us know in advance.
• Lodge has the right to change the package / inclusions / prices during long weekends,
  festive periods (like Christmas, Diwali, New Year, Holi, etc.) without any prior notice
• Package cannot be clubbed with any other promotional offer.
• Safari bookings in the park are subject to availability. No claims whatsoever shall be
  entertained in case of any strike / non-availability of the permit / unforeseen events,
  etc. (only the rate shall be charged as per Room & Board Plan)
• Booking for Safari can only be confirmed on presentation of valid documents provided
  in due advance time
•  Cancellation of Safari or amendment made by guests cannot not be entertained once
  the permit is issued from the Forest Dept.
• Jeep Safari shall be based on Exclusive basis and 1 Jeep includes 2 Adults and
  booked
•  Safari Charges includes Guide Fee, Permit Fee, Gypsy Hire Charges and Safari Kit
  only, Camera
• Fee (Lenses 250mm and above) will be payable on actual separately at the Forest
  Entry Gate
• Tadoba remains closed on Every Tuesday
